What the form collects
If you send the contact form, we store your name, email, company, phone if you provide one, the services you select, an optional budget range, and your message. We also store a hash of the network address and a shortened browser string, which we use to limit spam. We do not store the raw network address.
Health information
Do not include any health or patient information. No PHI, ever. This form is not a channel for protected health information, records, or details about a person's care. If that information arrives, we will delete it rather than use it for marketing.
Spam check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser talks to Cloudflare to complete the check. We verify the result on our server. We do not send your network address to Cloudflare with that verification. Cloudflare's own policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The inquiry is emailed to the agency inbox through the provider configured for this site. When that provider is Resend, Resend processes the message in order to deliver it. We do not send you an automatic reply.
Analytics and advertising tags
This site does not load analytics or advertising pixels. A privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics tag can be turned on later. It is off unless the operator sets that flag.
How long we keep inquiries
